Directions on how to use your detoxification cleansing kit:

Step 1: TABLETS

• Take 3 tablets (with 8 oz of water)  EVERY hour for 5 hours daily. DO NOT EXCEED 15 tablets per day. Remember to take your tablets at the same time every day for the best results. Drink at least half a gallon of water daily. 
• Include lots of fresh vegetables, fruits, and lean meats in your meal plan during the detoxification process for best results. Opt for healthier alternatives like brown rice over white rice and olive oil over vegetable oil, much like when following a healthy weight loss plan.

Step 2: DETOX LIQUID

• For the detoxification drink, take it 2 hours after your last set of tablets on the final day of the cleansing. You must fast during those 2 hours. Take half of the detoxification liquid with 8 to 16 ounces of distilled water (or lemon juice, which cuts the salt flavor), then do not eat or drink for 2 hours. 
• Next, take the other half with another 8 to 16 ounces of distilled water. Wait another 2 hours before eating or drinking. Then you're all done. You can either mix the detoxifying liquid with the water (or lemon juice), use it as a chaser, or do half and half.

Step 3: DIETARY FIBER

• This step is optional. Use this step IF you have a drug test scheduled between day 1 and day 4 after you finish your detoxification cleansing. Also, if you have a flush drink for test day, you do not need to do step 3. 
• One hour before your test, mix the dietary fiber in eight ounces of distilled or filtered tap water. Drink within two minutes. Wait 15 minutes and drink 16 ounces of water. Do not drink more lemon juice or water. Urinate two or three times in the next hour, and go take your test. You can use a home test kit to check if you’re clear or not.

  • It's important to note that those looking to lose weight may find that as they shed pounds, the detox process can become more efficient. Conversely, weight gain can lead to an increased accumulation of toxins, making the detoxification process more challenging and prolonged.
• Metabolism: If you have a fast metabolism, your body will get rid of toxins quicker than someone with a slower metabolism. As we get older, our metabolism slows down, and the length of time to detox takes longer. 
• Exercise:  We RECOMMEND that you REFRAIN from HEAVY EXERCISE while on the detox cleansing. The detoxification kit is designed to target the fat cells to expel the toxins from your body. If you are exercising, you will counteract the effect of the cleansing kit and make it more difficult for the toxins to be expelled. 
  • Types of exercise to refrain from include cardio, spin cycling, weight lifting, dancing, aerobics, kickboxing,  and Zumba, to name a few. Anything that will make you sweat excessively, like a sauna, should be avoided. You’re not following a weight loss program here. Just sit back and allow the cleansing kit to rid your body of unwanted toxins.

How long do the effects of the 7-Day Detox Cleansing Kit last?

• The Toxin Rid 7-Day Detox cleansing kit is a whole-body, permanent detox. That means that so long as you use the correct detox kit for your needs and avoid further exposure, you will still produce a negative drug test regardless of how long ago it has been since you used the detoxification cleansing kit. However, if you use illegal substances again after finishing the detox, you will not pass a drug test.

How long can marijuana stay in your system after consumption?

• When it comes to drug testing, marijuana itself isn't what actually shows up on a drug test. Instead, it's one of the over 100 cannabinoids present in cannabis: tetrahydrocannabinol (THC). THC can remain in your system for a long time after consumption, hiding in fat cells. The average detection window for most people to produce a negative drug test is 30 days after exposure. 
• However, the detection window can be much longer depending on several factors, including weight, consumption frequency, and food and water intake. For example, someone who uses marijuana daily, is overweight for their height, and doesn't drink enough fluids could potentially still have THC in their body 90 days after exposure. If it's been at least 30 days, try a home test to be sure about your body. If you don't pass, you'll need to detox.

How do I know if I need the 7-Day Detox Cleansing Kit or another?

• The detox cleansing kit you should consider depends on how often you use illegal substances in a 30-day period. The best way to get an accurate estimate of your detection window is to consider the past 90 days and average the number of times you used during those three 30-day periods.
• For each cleansing kit, the tablets are all the same. There is no difference in detoxification tablet strength between any of our detox cleansing kits. So, the more frequently you use substances, the longer you'll need to detox. Keep in mind that if you use a lower detox cleansing kit than what you need, your odds of passing a drug test drop significantly. If you use illegal substances between 20 and 24 times in a 30-day period, the 7-Day Detox Plan should work for you.

Can I drink alcohol during my 7-day detox?

• For those embarking on the 7-Day Detox Plan, it's essential to avoid alcohol from 24 hours prior to starting the cleanse until 24 hours after finishing the last dose of detox tablets and detox liquid. Drinking alcohol during the detox plan will prevent it from working for at least 24 hours.

What kind of diet should I maintain during the detox cleansing?

• Once you start your 7-day cleansing plan, following a meal plan with high protein, low fat, and high vegetable fiber is a good idea. A healthy detox diet will ensure you feel your best and prevent you from becoming ill from low blood sugar. 
• A great addition to your clean-eating meal plan could be a chicken salad dressed with olive oil and tons of high-fiber fruits and vegetables. Cooked brown rice can also offer significant health benefits. Consider including a sweet potato cooked in olive oil for added calories and nutrition. Moreover, adding a squeeze of lemon juice to your water can also enhance the detoxification process, aiding in weight loss and flushing out harmful toxins. Get creative with healthy meals!
• Ensure you eat at least three meals and roughly two snacks throughout the day with a minimum of 2,000 calories, and drink lots of water. This not only contributes to your clean eating strategy but also ensures you're getting the necessary key nutrients. Remember, avoiding processed foods is crucial in a detox diet to maximize the health benefits.
  • Keep in mind that only a qualified dietician can provide professional dietary advice. In addition, you should always consult your doctor before changing your food and water intake, especially if you have underlying health conditions requiring a specific diet.

How often should I hydrate during the detox cleansing?

• Ensure you're drinking at least 10 glasses of water at 8 ounces each per day during the detoxification process. Most of your water intake will be when you take the detoxification tablets, as you should drink 8 ounces of water with each set of three tablets five times per day. Limit fluids to when you feel dehydrated outside of the required water intake. These fluids include non-carbonated, zero-caffeine, and no-sugar-added drinks. Caffeine-rich soda and coffee don't count as your required fluids. Apart from processed foods and packaged foods, it’s best to avoid beverages with artificial sweeteners, as they can counteract your detox journey and clean eating efforts.
